Terms and Conditions of Use – rollbnb
1. Introduction
Welcome to rollbnb, a digital platform that connects people who want to rent or make available their campers,
motorhomes, RVs, mini-campers, rooftop tents, and similar vehicles for travel experiences. By accessing or using
the rollbnb website (hereinafter, “the Platform”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not
agree with them, you should refrain from using the Platform.
2. Nature of the service
rollbnb acts exclusively as a technological intermediary, facilitating contact, publication, and booking between
Hosts (owners of the vehicles or equipment) and Renters (users who wish to rent them). rollbnb is not part of the
lease agreement entered into between them, nor does it own, operate, or guarantee the vehicles published.
3. Registration and user account
To use the Platform, users must register by providing truthful and updated information. The user is responsible for
maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for all activity that occurs under their account.
rollbnb reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, that provide false information,
or that use the platform improperly.
4. Publications and content
Hosts are responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and legality of the information and photographs they publish.
rollbnb may remove or modify publications that infringe the rights of third parties, legal regulations, or these
terms, without giving rise to any right to compensation.
5. Payments and commissions
Reservations and payments are processed primarily through PayPal or other compatible electronic payment methods.
In the initial stage, funds may be temporarily received by rollbnb for subsequent transfer to the Host. rollbnb may
apply a service fee on transactions made through the Platform, which will be communicated prior to booking.
rollbnb does not retain funds on behalf of users nor does it offer financial services. All responsibility for the
final payment, returns, or disputes corresponds to the contracting parties.
6. Lease responsibility
The lease agreement is entered into directly between the Host and the Renter. rollbnb assumes no responsibility for:
- Damages, losses, or accidents occurring during the use of the vehicle.
- Delays, cancellations, or breaches between the parties.
- Insurance, permits, or maintenance of the vehicles.
Each user is responsible for complying with current legislation, including driving requirements, insurance,
circulation permits, and vehicle safety standards.
7. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation conditions will be established by each Host and must be communicated at the time of publication.
rollbnb does not guarantee automatic refunds and may charge non-refundable fees for reservation management or
payment processing costs.
8. Intellectual property
All content available on the Platform (brand, logo, texts, design, software, etc.) belongs to rollbnb or its
respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Misuse, copying, or unauthorized distribution will
be prosecuted according to the law.
9. Prohibitions
It is strictly prohibited:
- To publish false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- To use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- To alter or violate computer systems, databases, or the security of the Platform.
10. Limitation of liability
rollbnb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, nor is it responsible for direct or indirect
damages arising from the use of the platform, except in cases of willful misconduct or proven gross negligence.
The user acknowledges and accepts that they use the service at their own risk.
11. Modifications
rollbnb may modify these Terms at any time, publishing the new version on the Platform. The modifications will take
effect from their publication.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any controversy will be submitted to the ordinary
courts of justice of the city of Valparaíso, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
